Un couple à la retraite vient consulter.
Mr a des problèmes d’érection qu’il pense liés à l’âge et Mme ne ressent plus de désir sexuel et pense cette difficulté liée à la ménopause. Ils souhaitent toutefois profiter de ce temps de vie pour expérimenter ensemble une sexualité heureuse.
La thérapie, lors d’entretiens de couple et en individuel, a permis de déconstruire leurs croyances . Les problèmes d’érection ne sont pas liés à l’âge mais à des apprentissages corporels limitants et la ménopause ne crée pas directement une baisse de libido, le désir sexuel peut s’épanouir à toutes âges (et se renforcer !).
Un travail autour de l’expression de leurs désirs et de la sensualité leur a permis de trouver une harmonie relationnelle toute singulière.
